Is the Bail Education Association state approved?

Yes. The Bail Education Association offers California state-approved pre-licensing education designed to help students meet the educational requirements for becoming a licensed California Bail Agent or Fugitive Recovery Agent. Our curriculum is current, comprehensive, and aligned with California regulations.

How long is the course?

Course length varies depending on the program you select. Do I need previous law enforcement experience?
