Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to the start of your scheduled course. Enrollment is not considered complete until payment has been received. Once payment is processed, your seat in the class is reserved.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, please notify us as soon as possible by email at director@beaclass.com.

• Full Refund: A full refund or a credit for class transfer will be issued within 1-3 days for cancellations received in writing at least 10 calendar days prior to the first scheduled day of the course.

• Class Transfer: If an unforeseen emergency prevents you from attending, we will make every reasonable effort to transfer your registration to a future course date, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by email.

• No Refund After Course Begins: Once a student attends any portion of the course, no refunds will be issued.

Course Completion

Students who attend only a portion of the course due to unforeseen circumstances may be permitted to attend a future class to complete the required instructional hours. Approval is at the discretion of the Bail Education Association and arrangements must be made in advance with the course administration.
